I was not a podcast listener. One day when I was struggling to rid my mind of work stress and confusion, I decided to go on a run. Instead of listening to music I thought maybe there’s something or someone out there that talks about dealing with stress and anxiety. Maybe hearing another perspective will help.
I opened iTunes and I think I actually typed “self-help” into the search bar. Good Life Project was the first thing that popped up. I didn’t know what to expect, but scrolled down through the episodes and saw the title “Lori Harder: Transforming Anxiety into Action and Elevation”. I pressed play and ran.
I’ve recommended this podcast by Jonathan Fields to so many people, but mostly to those who will appreciate the diverse conversations, who are open to inspiration and curious about the paths of entrepreneurs and positivity junkies. Jonathan talks to extraordinary people about their journeys of addiction, loss, anxiety, creativity, entrepreneurship, health, leadership, mindfulness, appreciation and dedication. The underlying theme being, what does it mean to live a good life? And I think the answer is that there’s no destination.
